Not true. Keyword matches are pretty far down on the list of why a site
has a higher "ranking" on google (and therefor shows up on the first few
pages). It's more about the "PageRank", Google's own scheme for
determining a page's importance. Google that for more info.

  

But just for ships and giggles, how can one check out hit No. 
1,768,341?
Or anything else past the first bunch of pages?

   look at the results bar at the bottom, under Gooooooooogle >
                                                                     1 2 3 4 5
   6 7 8 9 10   Next
   you can click the '10',
   then the next group will show
                      Goooooooooooooooooooooooogle >
   Previous < 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20   Next
   and you click the largest number again, and you will find that they really
   only show maybe 500 results, and tell you that the others were omitted
   because they were very similar to the ones you already saw.
