What in that paragraph are TWs you refer to NOT already doing? Some of the
tasks might be done by proxy (the developers), but don't they provide the
explanation for the existence of a feature to the TW? "Our customers wanted
thus-and-so so that they can do that-other-thing, so that's why this feature
is here."
