In our field, that's not usability.
Usability covers concepts such as Page Layout, Navigation, Links,
Text Appearance, Graphic Design, Accessibility, Search, Personas,
Task Analysis, Usability Testing.
Tell me this is something that doesn't apply to everyone's type of
technical writing?
