Framemaker quickstart

FrameMaker's online help (Help > Help Topics) or whatever it's called is 
fairly well written. The PDFs in the FrameMaker installation are 
available on the Internet. One of the PDFs is a quick start, of sorts. 
Go through them in order to find your skill level.

If you'll be using XML with FrameMaker, there are a few lengthy PDFs 
covering that. If you have a FM copy at home, you should experiment 
there instead of on your employer's dime.

Perhaps, you could be more specific as to your experience level...
