Anyone heard from Quadralay lately?

I'm trying to get another ePublisher license for my latest hire, and
Quadralay has been remarkably silent for over a week now. We've tried
calling our sales rep, and left multiple voice and email messages with
no response. We tried calling the main telephone number, but couldn't
get to a real person. Is there an extra long public holiday down there
that I've never heard of, or is there some other non-obvious issue
preventing them from conducting business?
