[TCP] Telecommuting has mostly positive consequences for employeesand employers

I miss telecommuting sometimes. I only telecommute on Tuesdays and Thursdays
now. It really is a win/win situation for employers, employees, families,
the environment and the transportation network.

I feel our government could do more to encourage companies to move towards
telecommuting arrangements with their employees. We live in a high tech age,
and we have the technology available. We should be embracing the technology
in this respect.
