'Adobe PDF' problem with Word

I had the same problem a while back and ended up doing a clean install of
both Office 2003 and Acrobat 8 standard before finding out that the
Normal.Dot template file was corrupt. I renamed the normal template to
Normal-OLD.Dot, rebooted the system and when I brought Word back up, Adobe
PDF was back on the Toolbar.
