Shouldn't that be "irresponsibleless" or "ir-irresponsible" or something else with double-negative?

 

I've wanted to people who use "irregardless" that "'irregardless is not a proper word (it's a dialectal misuse of English, IMO), regardless of whether they have regard for it."  Oh <sigh>, irrespective of opinions about "irregardless," one must be nice sometimes.
