Hi Shannon
Have you tried simply typing open parenthesis ( followed by sm followed
by close parenthesis )? I don't have Word 2003 in front of me, but since
Word seems to be kind of ahead of the game with respect to this type of
action, thought I'd mention it. I believe it works with things like
copyright ( c ) and registered ( r ). Maybe even trademark ( tm ). So
it might be worth trying.
