Inflammable vs. flammable

How about principal and principle? I hate that there are some who say
that a mortgage has a principle. Everyone knows that loans are totally
amoral!

Then there is the saying that the principle part of a whole is the most
important. Who knew that principle had an ego?

Will no one say principal when they mean principal? I'm still surprised
at how widespread this malapropism is.
