Template Hidden Text

Hello All,

As I was formatting some templates for our Network Services department I
noticed that the documents' properties (right click > Properties > Summary
tab) showed various titles, authors and companies.  As I was changing all of
these to "Technical Publications," the Network Services manager stopped by
saying, "You may have to get in there and delete all of the hidden data".

I know that I can remove personal information from these templates by
selecting Tools > Options > Security tab > Privacy > "Remove personal
information from file properties on save", but someone said that I should
use the Microsoft Remove Hidden Data add-in tool.

What is the best way to remove the metadata from these templates?
