Interesting. Good communication is no small matter. It will be interesting
to see how this plays out. The complaining party may well have a legitimate
beef. On the other hand, The NASA and JPL people may not have communicated
well enough with their employees. On the other hand, somebody may have done
something that was clearly illegal. Jim Jones
