I don't know Frame well enough to suggest a preventive measure, but
Microsoft offers as a free download the Remove Hidden Data Tool. Just before
you are ready to publish, run the Remove Hidden Data Tool. It removes any
remnant comments, tracked changes, and notes in the properties box. You will
be prompted to rename the file, which is also a good time to clean up any
rag-tag references to draft versions and such. With a single download, the
Remove Hidden Data Tool will appear in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
programs (File>Remove Hidden Data).
