Technical Writing Certifications

Having now run into my share of PMPs who couldn't find their way out of
the proverbial wet paper bag, I think it's an idea in debate. I'd
rather hire the smart person who requires a college class or two, some
common sense and then gets experience the old fashioned way, by doing
it.
