Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt in tech writing

If I am not mistaken, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt refers to project management
certification. Other than academic certificate programs, there are no
certification programs in technical writing. Some STC members have discussed
this, but nothing is in place.
