Print manuals - keep or drop outcome

Hi,
Thanks for all the comments and input on this subject. The outcome was that we are keeping print manuals. The cost of them as a percentage of the product is negligible and I managed to convince "them" that providing hard copy was a good idea :)
As an aside to those folk who mentioned medical directives. Although our products are used in medical procedures, we are not a medical products company! Specifically because of the hoops that we would have to be jump through. We supply the equipment and OEMs do the jumping when they integrate it into their systems.
