[TOOLS] PCI-e versus PCI-e Graphic slots

This will work and have worked for me.

http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/tips0456.html see the table -
for x4 card you can use x4 x8 or x16 ports as long as the mechanical
retention holds it in place.
