Hi,

I believe single-failure-proof is the way to go. And maybe after you 
introduce that, just use SPF.

I'm not sure what Chicago's policy is, but in the real world often 
one sees hyphens connecting 
multiple-word-that-absolutely-have-to-be-linked-together expressions.

Bad example, but you get my drift.
