ADMIN: TECHWR-L downtime/move/update

All,

Just a quick head's up that we moved the site and list to
a new server today. There had been some fairly significant
problems earlier this week, resulting in the server hanging
and needing to be rebooted, so we moved to a new system
and updated software. It appears that everything's up and
running now--if you see something out of order, though, please
email admin at techwr-l.com.

Apologies for any inconvenience the flakiness this week
may have caused.
