good time tracking and invoicing software?

My current manual methods for creating timesheets and invoices are a royal
PITA, so I am looking for a program that will let me create customizable
timesheets and invoices.

 

 Am not having much luck just trolling the web. BillingTracker came up, but
its interface is a little kludgy and the eval copy I downloaded generated
some runtime bugs. I'm hoping for something simple. I don't need a full
accounting package.
