So, uh, Happy Birthday in a Tech Writing sort of way!

Clear, concise, and cohesive documentation is the key to longevity and good
fortune. Interpret that in whatever way that will keep a "Happy 15th
Birthday" greeting on par with technical writing. Is there a particular
month or day that we should celebrate the Techwr-l anniversary?
