Well, not exactly... The CopySafe Reader disables the printscreen key and doesn't include any facility for copying text or images to the clipboard.  It's probably enough to foil casual attempts to extract text or images from a protected file.

The original question, though, was "How can I keep people from making copies of my e-book?"... And CopySafe doesn't even attempt to do that.  CopySafe only protects against EXTRACTION of the text or images; it doesn't prevent duplication of the whole file.
