Document management tools, phase II

Hello All,

 

Earlier I posted a request for recommendations on document management
tools.  Several people replied and made helpful suggestions.  We have
now narrowed the list to three: Alfresco, Livelink, and Stellant. I have
been asked to try to collect feedback from "live users" before we pick a
tool.  I have to present information on each tool in a pros and cons
format.

 

Would any of you be willing to share your experiences with any of these
tools?  For example: is there anything about any of these tools that we
should be warned about?  Is there anything that did not work as expected
or that worked better than expected? Do not limit responses just to
these questions; I want the information I present to be as complete as
possible.

 

I would appreciate any comments from those of you who are feeling
particularly lively .... at least about these tools.
