Most of our hands-on skills are off-shoreable.  This
includes technical and engineering expertise as well.
The only thing that is hard to off-shore is face-to-
face people skills (assuming, that is, that the other
people are here).  Something to keep in mind before
rushing to embrace the modern telecommunications-
based working "paradigms."
