(Fun) Today is Pi Day!

Not necessarily, Hawaii hasn't celebrated yet and there are still other time
zones available, I think 16 altogether depending on which regions practice
or don't practice daylight saving time.  So, there are a few more
opportunities to jump up in honor of Pi Day.  Or you can get a couple of
pies and have a slice for Pi minute in each of the remaining time zones.

Speaking of nonsense holidays, is there a day to celebrate technical
communication?  I think we should adopt the TechWr-L anniversary as national
(or international) Technical Communicators Day.  Hallmark can design cards,
employers can buy writers lunches, and co-workers can finally start showing
respect... one day a year.
