Seems perfectly clear to me. Help me out here: are you seriously perplexed
about the meaning of "instructional and informational tools"? What the hell
is a user guide if not one of those?
Are you seriously puzzled as to whether a distinction can be made between
written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills?
Does the phrase "multimedia knowledge" really mean bugger-all to you? Or
have I missed a really clever joke somewhere?
As for the phrase "manufactured products and services", I suppose if one
worked at it one could profess to be confused about which of the two nouns
the adjective "manufactured" was intended to modify. But why bend over
backwards to profess ignorance? Aren't there other things that need doing?
And what on earth does the phrase "The sequence of 'and' " mean?
Normally a sequence requires a minimum of two things. What is the other
thing? Or is this a Zen koan?
Here's one hand clapping.
