Nope. Don't have that type of control.
I kinda like the idea in theory. I am not sure how much it would
actually help the reader.

Do you have a choice over how the links display, individually? You could
make the first instance (or several key ones) appear with the blue text
and underline (or whatever), and let the rest of them look like vanilla
text, only revealing their hypertextitude if you hover over them.
