How about teaching them to use change tracking and commenting tools in Word?
Then you can just accept or reject changes and do whatever you need to
export back to Frame (I'm not a Frame user so I don't know what's required
there.)

In our shop we use Frame for our documents. Our engineers are all
supplied Word. We have been providing hard copy to the engineers for
reviewing the documents. Everything is going along fine until...

A couple of our engineers want to review on-line. They do not have
Framemaker, and we are not sure we want them to have it. I personally
don't see it as a big bugaboo, but my manager and supervisor both think
it a bad idea.

Is there some package out there that can take a frame file and let a
reviewer make comments on it and send it back to me to evaluate? We do
not want our engineers to have to go through the learning process to
learn frame if it is not necessary. We also don't want themwriting
their own version of documents that someone would have ot go through
and format into the correct format.

Any suggestions? Could you send a reply to whetstc -at- ttc -dot- com -dot- I might
miss it although I try to read the messages every day.

Thanks,

Cam Whetstone
