**Word TOC errors after being emailed**

Try these to see if they correct the Word TOC errors when files are emailed:

1. Be sure to update the TOC and all internal cross-references before
preparing the file to send via email (ctrl-click to select entire doc and
then press F9 to update).

2. Zip the files before attaching to email (sometimes unzipped Word files
experience minor corruption when sent via email).

**Placing Visio docs in Word**

Insert > Object > Select From File > Browse to the actual visio file (don't
link to file)

Note: To make the 'browse' easier, set your default "Clipart pictures"
folder is (Tools > Options > File Locations) to your general working
directory (i.e., F:\company\projects).
