**Word TOC errors after being emailed**
Try these to see if they correct the Word TOC errors when files are emailed:
1. Be sure to update the TOC and all internal cross-references before
preparing the file to send via email (ctrl-click to select entire doc and
then press F9 to update).
2. Zip the files before attaching to email (sometimes unzipped Word files
experience minor corruption when sent via email).
Insert > Object > Select From File > Browse to the actual visio file (don't
link to file)
Note: To make the 'browse' easier, set your default "Clipart pictures"
folder is (Tools > Options > File Locations) to your general working
directory (i.e., F:\company\projects).
