Microsoft Word won't save your callouts as HTML
(actually Word 2000 does but that is a different
story). Anyway, what I've done in the past is
set up my Word document complete with callouts.
Then using a screen capture program, take a
picture of the portion of the Word doc that
has the callouts. I then use this image
in the <img src="myimage.gif">.
