This question is ironic. The ease your documentation of SnagIt32 4.3, use
Snagit32 5.0 as your capture tool.

It includes an editor with advance functions, including quickly adding
callouts. Decent control over shaping, positioning, and text
formatting.formatting of callouts.

Is there a way that you can add callouts in HTML? I'm probably lacking some
great piece of software, but I'm coding it all (no
editor used). I have FrontPage on my system, though.
