If you just want image conversions, Jasc has something called Image Robot, or
something similar, that people seem to like. I've never used it, but I pass the
word along...

folks on Winhlp-L seem all in favor of Fullshot99.
It provides for multiple types of captures, image conversion, image tinkering.
And it's pretty cheap from what I remember.
