I enjoyed Scottie's posting. If those stories don't convince your
management, here's another idea. You might see what evidence the American
Society for Training and Development (ASTD) has to support your argument. I
believe they have a web site and a listserv, though I can't give you the
url. A good guess would be www.astd.org.
