Personally, I've always liked to provide both a user manual and online
help. (Users may not always have the manual handy, often through no fault
of their own -- e.g., if they inherited systems without the manuals.)

Here are the sites I've found. Personally, I was most impressed with
Forefront, and least impressed with RoboHelp (because they were
verrrrrrrrrrrrrry cagy about divulging their prices, which sent all kinds
of red flags). From what I've been told, Forefront is better than
RoboHelp, and considerably cheaper.
