Since it is a touch screen, I would use touch. I use press exclusively for
keyboard buttons, and click exclusively for mouse clicks.

Subject: Question: Touch Screens

Hi,

to designate the action for input when using a touch screen: Which
verb is common in EN Manuals (corresponding to *click* when using a
mouse):

- touch,
- press,
- tip
- other?
With best regards and wishes
