Subject: estimating the cost of building a web site
I would like to learn more about estimating the cost of designing and
creating a web site. Are there any books, sites, or articles you could
recommend on this topic or can any of you provide advice based on personal
experience.
Perhaps a hours/page ratio that includes tasks such as planning, project
mgmt, testing, interviews with SMEs, might provide a rule of thumb for web
cost estimates or is there a more accurate method?
