| files--everytime a user accesses help, they will get a "do you want to
| download" dialog.
Almost, but not quite. This is true only for an application that is run
through a browser and resides on a Web server. IOW, an http: link to a CHM
file will produce this dialog. However, if the application is installed and
run from a LAN server (as opposed to a Web server), this is not a problem at
all.

True enough, if you're using RoboHELP. Instead of worrying about DLLs and
OCXs, you can worry about browser differences, conflicts between CSS
implementations in various versions of IE and Netscape, and so forth. Even
with WebHelp, there's no free lunch!
