Despite what everybody says:
I LIKED Information Mapping training!

It is a good analysis tool, and it gives multiple users a sound framework
for considering the completeness of their documentation.
That said, I would never use someone else's template for my work, especially
not as a straitjacket. I use what's appropriate for what I am working on at
the time, and ignore what doesn't apply.
Heck, any time a company springs for some time away from your desk for the
purpose of honing your writing techniques, you have a responsibility to
learn as much as you possibly can.

Query to all:
I'd be interested in learning if anyone has taken a
course in Information Mapping and what you thought of
it. Thanks.
