I suggest amending blank pages by applying a notation to the blank page,
such as "This page is intentionally blank." Of course, I realize that once
you put
that note on it, it's not blank. And I know this confronts the logic of
some
writers on the list. But it's practical, and it also serves to put the
reader
on notice that nothing was accidentally left out of the book.
