Hi, Ellen,

in case, the last pages of the chapter really must be empty, you got some
solutions from the list.
But I'm in doubt. May be, later you must add a remark: "this page is empty"
(a wonderful paradoxical sentence) to each page, to avoid confusion when
printing.
The header and footer shows, that the page is not empty by failure of printing.

In printed books, there may be other considerations.
