Just my two cents, but consider this: there are a lot of people out there with
lots of education who will be put off by a writing test. I know for one, I would
be. I have many friends that refuse editing tests when applying for a job, and
if a company requires them, then they know that's the wrong place to work. But,
you know, when you're dealing with people who have two master's in liberal arts
pursuits, they may be above what you're looking for.

Just my 2 cents.
