Haven't seen anyone mention this resource on the list, so thought I'd post
some info. Microsoft recently released version 7 of its Windows Media
Encoder, which has a built-in screen cam utility that allows you to do
animated screen captures at a much greater compressed file size over
standard .AVI files. You can even stream these media files at 28.8 kbps over
the internet. The cost of the encoder is free, but your users must be using
Windows Media Player to view them. More info is at
