Mike,

Looks fine. I don't know what the confusion is though
- all of this depends on the style and conventions
your company use. Some companies like to only
capitalize the first word in a heading (and any proper
nouns contained within). Others initial cap everything
(some even the prepositions).

But as far as your comment that you "think the first
and last words are always supposed to be capitalized",
I'm not sure what you mean. Why should "site" be
capitalized? It's not a proper noun, and neither is
"web" in the way you are using it.

Just some thoughts over cold pizza and Diet Coke...
