I heard that the listing order on the ballot in FL is based on which party
receives the most votes in the previous gubernatorial election. Since
(J)Bush won there, the GOP was first on the ballot, the Demo's second, etc.
Now *if* this is the typical ballot presentation in FL, then someone who is
familiar with that ordering system may expect the second punch hole to be
for the second candidate on the list.
Maybe they need to post "ppl, dubl ck ur ballots, k!" on the booths in FL.
