Lebanon that published an apology for declaring Gore as the winner. The
editor of the paper said;
``We are used to a deep-rooted Arab tradition of democracy where results are
first declared, then elections are conducted and votes brought in to affirm
it,''
I'll have to ponder what implications that sort of logic could potentially
have for TWs based in Lebanon and the documentation they produce. (BIG <g>)
