I can report the same experience. I have often permitted an applicant
with none of what we call "experience" peruade me to give them a chance, and
it has worked out well most of the time. It does take time and th0ought in
interviewing and analyzing, but it does pay off to be a true manager--have
the corgae and the will to make mangement decisions. - Herm
