It isn't Dreamweaver, it's a shortcoming of the way browsers handle printing.

The two workarounds I recommend to people around here (when they get frustrated enough to listen to me) are:

1. Set up all browser printing to be landscape (almost always works)

2. Don't print from the browser. Instead, open the URL in Acrobat (or in the $79 Acrobat Business Tools for those who don't need the whole Acrobat package), and print the PDF. This is a REALLY REALLY NEAT function of Acrobat that most people don't know about. You just go to File | Open Web Page and type in either the URL or UNC path and click OK. Then you can click on successive links to add new pages to the PDF. You can arrange the pages and the bookmarks in any sensible structure that suits you, and everything fits on the page!
