All:

I?ve been working for a company as a contractor now
for over a year and although they have offered me a
full-time position, I?d rather stay as a contractor.
So, before they terminate my contract, they want me to
create a Tech Pubs department.

Does anyone out there have any idea what to charge for
this in the SF Bay Area? Would this be a flat rate or
an hourly rate?

Basically, I?ll have to spend my time:

· Hiring new tech writers

· Creating Templates

· Writing a Company Style Guide

· Instituting Pub Plans

And all the other little things that come with this
task.

TIA

OM
