Bruce's advice is excellent. A truly good recruiter
will sharpen your skills, and is easy to contact.

Beware any recruiter who is solely preoccupied with
making a profit. You end up being submitted to
positions you aren't qualified for; or, the
recruiter becomes very defensive about you talking to
other recruiters.
