Gee, I hadn't realized it was hard to find a recruiter. They sure seem
to find me regularly enough. (Maybe it's that 'not looking' thing that
attracts them to me, like the way cats find the allergic person in a
group. <g>)

Seriously, I have done two things that seem to attract recruiters. I've
posted my resume on the TECHWR-L web site. (You'd be amazed at who
reads that thing.) And I have a vanity web site that seems to attract
them, too. I would guess that the more you put your resume out on
boards and such the more you'll get contacted.

How to find a good one? That's a lot harder. I'm not sure I would know
how to weed them out, but the honest ones are the ones I look for. Good Luck
